Jurisdiction on the label
Every model in the picker states where your prompts go — "→ US egress" is printed, never hidden. You always know which jurisdiction sees your data.
Sovereign-lock
One workspace policy restricts agents to EU or self-hosted providers only. The audited buyer gets a guarantee, not a promise.

The node you run is real open source — AGPL-3.0, OSI-approved — not source-available marketing. Read every line, self-host the full stack, leave whenever. Our managed EU cloud runs the same node on the same protocols.
AGPL-3.0, OSI-approved
The complete single-tenant node — server, dashboard, typed client and federation contract — ships as @ownd/* packages under AGPL-3.0. Network copyleft means anyone reselling it as a service must publish their changes: open can't be strip-mined.

Hosted in France
The default cloud is OVH, in French regions (GRA, RBX, SBG). Your data does not leave the EU unless you decide it should.
RGPD-native
Data minimization, a register of processing and audit trails are built into every domain app — RGPD is the baseline, not a checkbox.
Factur-X & FEC
French e-invoicing (Factur-X) and accounting exports (FEC) run in-region, so compliance never crosses a border.
No Cloud Act
US providers are reachable when you want them, but never sit on the default critical path — no Cloud Act exposure by default.

Pick where each workspace's data lives — a region per workspace — and enforce EU-only when you need it.
Self-host anywhere
